Build Projects was founded in 1994 by Hassan Alameddine, a dedicated father of seven sons and one daughter. With a strong work ethic and a wealth of experience gained over decades in the building and construction industry, Hassan worked tirelessly to lay the foundation for his family’s future. His passion for craftsmanship and commitment to quality were evident from the beginning, with his first notable contribution being the meticulous renovation of a timber-clad heritage home at 15 Albert Street, Belfield. Through his detailed restoration, Hassan brought the property back to its former glory, marking the beginning of a legacy that continues to shape Sydney’s streetscape.
